Clutch plate centre
Shim the plates up around half a mm over stock
Try locate hilux "extra" spring for the centre as some hiluxs ran two springs for more bite
Or at least throw a washer under the single spring to get a bit of life back into it (new spring still available through toyota

Thanks mate

I'm still confused regarding the spline count. The hilux center is 30 and I think my B01B is 35.

I used a pair of open diff stubs in mine.
The Torsen stubs are too long on one side

Correction my diff is a B01B. Stubs? Splines? Open.....torsen. Its just doing my head in hahahah.

I rang Jason at japspares and he recommended steelie gears in otahuhu.

Can't wait to lock up the rears :)

Yeah bro I'll let you know, quite a few people are asking as it is a way cheaper and easier option than getting a torsen. Torsens are hard to find in NZ unless you go to Japspares but their selling theirs with the whole subframe and for 1200 dollars. The diff arrived yesterday so i'll drop it off to Steelie gears in Otahuhu on Monday :D

Went to get my LSD fitted today but it didnt fit because the splines are different and because it was slightly narrower. Anyone out there want a Hilux LSD?
