Na engines have higher compression therefore putting big turbos will blow it up.. you'll need to change the internals with a gte internals e.g. conronds etcc (i think) for it to work as you planned and probably a thicker gasket to lower the compression.. plus the layout of a 2jzge is lets just say.. not very good looking haha

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,
Torque is how far you take the wall with you."

the size of the turbo wont change if it blows up, its the amount of boost/detonation that the standard cast pistons can take, the rods are the same from memory the only diff is oil squirters and comp ratio, if you were to turbo the NA i wouldnt bother running more headgaskits to lower compression because that also causes more stress on the HG so a higher chance of blowing HG

damn there is still :? ALOT :? of mis-info around bout these engines (GE,GTE). People don't give the GE credit for what it can do/power they can make. There are alot of differences with these motors people don't know about other then the pistons and oil squirters but they are easy to overcome. My 2 cents anyways. GE+T for life

no not mis-info i looked into doing +turbo and yes they can be good results but too much hassle to make it as reliable as a gte engine, iv had enough of having to make shit work, my previous car was one of the 1st turbo 4ages around and what a nightmere it was = 3 engines and $15000 and thats mostly parts cost as i did most of the work myself

Each to there own I suppose and depends what "hassle" means to you. You should never have to make shit work, there is always the right way to do something but it cost lots of money however  Can't really comment on the 4age other then thats alot of money to find the right way for sure
