1JZ VVTi Throttle body modification

Hey guys, I'm putting my 1J into another chassis, and won't be able to/don't want to use the ETCS.

What can I bin, and what can I not? I want it to look as clean as possible really.

Ideally, this is what I would like to do;



Ie, chop everything off, bar the throttle for the butterfly.

Is someone able to tell me if I can do this, without the ECU wanting to implode? If not, what can I loose?

Doesn't matter to the ecu. Chop off aft of throttle valve. weld new pipe.

So I can ditch 1 and 2 also?

1 is you mechanical dashpot and 2 is your TPS. 1 yes, 2 no.
