Depends on how many people, I've been 6-7 times and we've never booked even once. Usually have a group of 8-10 or so. But last time I think we had 16 and were lucky to get on cause they had a cancelled booking. So yeah booking might be a good idea.
They have bout 12 270cc karts and another 8 400cc karts for 'black card' holders and they have no problem with putting them all on track at the same time

Alright guys, I have booked and took a day off for this day!
What are the plans:
1. Meet at Cornwall Park probably 7 and leave at 7.30 so we can have an early start? or meet 7.30 and leave at 8.
2. Recruit at Drury BP
3. Relaxing cruise to hamilton.
4. Park by the lake as Jarred suggested.
Then at exactly 10am - we have to be at BLAST CARS Drift Karts. save up money as it is around $40 per half an hour i think? It should be fun. they have at least 16-18 drift karts depending on the number entered.
then at around 11 or 1130 straight after the karts we'll be CATCHING UP WITH PLATINUM WHEELS people AT 12PM IN HAMILTON @ toptown
then to mt maunganui from then on.
