Could be some shit like that. Wouldn't be the first time. :|

i turned up a little bit later in my Aristo around 9.30ish and as i was getting to the meet all i could see and hear were cars " skidding " it up....so pretty much did a quick drive by, turned around and went home...didnt really want to associate my self with that type of scene...im getting too old for it - LOL

Was gutted because it was the 1st time for me and was hoping to meet you guys...

Will try and get there earlier next time though for sure!

Yeah there has already been discussion about meeting somewhere else for a change at the previous couple of meets. Now is the perfect time.

Thomas, perhaps make the facebook events private as well so only invitees a can see the details etc.

Nah, fuck that. They can piss off.

Take down plates and video where possible and just let police know. We know we're doing nothing wrong anyway.

Edit: If anything, our club will gain some rep points with the cops for alerting them that we aren't associating with those others and letting them know before they find out anyway.

^ This is true... if we made it Foodtown car park, then there would be no way of this happening as they'd have to come in through the maze and manage to throw a bottle without someone knowing them/seeing their plate... or getting chased down :)

Il be the first to say that i did a skid when i left. This is what i hate about nzhondas, all these people wingeing about guys hitting vtec when they leave a meet. Its not the end of the world. But yes it did get a little out of hand on tuesday, if we change location then we may be able to get rid of the guys who turn up and dont even talk to anyone. Does anyone even know who they are?
JZ = engine code
X = Chassis
71 = Series

therefore... jzx71
