im keen for a cruise somewhere that encourges a bit of "spirited" driving. kawakawa bay ways maybe

The road to Kawakawa bay is pretty good. Twilight road to Clevedon then to Kawakawa bay, continue past Orere point along East Coast road to Miranda, jump back on state highway 2 for an easy cruise home or turn around and take the same road back. Either way it's about a 2 hour round trip. Plenty of places to stop for ice creams and drinks. I tried to make a map in google maps but I failed.

the boys usually hit those roads every thursday night for some spirited driving! - Best road's in Auckland hands down.

Im thinking of having a cruise mid feb or at the end of the month before summer ends around 27th?

That could be good, I get back from Brisbane on the 26th so will be in Auckland.

so right now our cruise is pencielled on the 27th? what do you guyz think?

.. and we've to talk about that weeknight meetups. coz i think it would be good if join with the other group to make more car friends/ more interesting.. like friday nights or something, or we can have just jzx members in it

This one sounds like a good one:) i'll get back to you guyz in a couple of days while i plan the routes. is everyone free on the 27th? and we'll discuss the weeknight thingy - probably at missionbay or smething?

No! Don't cruise to Orewa, I live basically on the main road (right next to shops) - it would take me longer to get to the meet spot in a car then it would walking over :p

You guys ever done the Piha roads? they are fun and when you finish the road you end up coming out close to the main center place that has all sorts of eateries.

Do you mean the road to Piha? Only thing at the end of that is Piha. Or do you just mean the roads around Scenic Drive?
