Wheel Suggestions/Input for JZX110

Post by Alistair »

So along with suspension I'm looking at wheels. Now the JZX110 has fucking massive guards, come factory on 17's and even those are dwarfed so in researching other 110's in Japan I've come to find 19 x 9.5's are going to be spot on in around a 30 offset. While I would absolutely love some of these Work GS1's the 4200+ cost for wheels alone is a little much.

Image

So a cheaper option I have found is these protech P1179's. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motor ... 275102.htm

Which are avaliable in a 19 x 9.5 but with a 38 offset. Is that going to push them out too far?

Does anyone have any opinions (preferably with pictures!) of any good wheels to suit my landbarge?

Cheers!

I have protech 1179's 19x8.5front and 19x9.5rear with +38 on my jzx100 and they sit dead flush with the guards front and rear.

Shit didn't even notice when I read your members posting. Might have to come and do a wheel steal when I have some coilovers in and see how they fit if you dont mind? Are you on the shore? Looks like wairau mobil in your pics.

haha, I dont blame you for not noticing them, they aren't the most interesting wheel, look better with black spokes though! I might be selling them soon cause I want something wider/lower offset cause I cant lower my car anymore cause of kit, so im gonna go wide instead. Sure you can try them out for sizing sometime, I work in albany so out there quite a bit.
