hid headlight wiring

Ok Im doing my chaser font conversion, I have chaser tourer v front, now the park light and center lamp have the same plugs but now i have the issue of the standard halogen 3 wire high and low beam plug to go into the 2 wire hid ballast plugs.

Should i be running the hids off a relay with separate power, will the hids draw to much current through the standard halogen wiring?

What am i to do here? any suggestions

Connect Blue wire to the high beam, red wire to the low beam and black to the ground.
