Best way is to wetsand the headlights back with 2000 grit until they're nice and smooth. Then machine buff them with some cutting compound and they'll shine up like new - for a few months! hahah

my mate at toyota told me just to polish them up with auotsol, thats all they do at toyota. Or you can just buy a plastic repair kit from supercheap or repco as someone already mentioned. Plastic kit might last longer.
