Has anyone put their headlights in the oven to get them apart? What temp and time to use? Different methods for glass and plastic?

Any ideas be good

I use a heatgun and a knife when I do mine. The mrs would murder me if I used our new oven for automotive purposes!

Just need to clean up the inside of my halo headlights on my Honda. I was gonna use a heat gun but thought Id see if the oven bake method has been done
