Do i have to cert a 20mm spacers? i was talking to one of our members, said that if its less than an inch. you dont have to certify it. or do you basically just have to certify everyhting nowadays?

yea haha. i've a tight budget at the moment so im thinking of just reversing the dish but it would stick out a lot.. coz im getting psibrgs 17x9 +44 possibly this weekend and im thinking of putting a 20mm spacers on it or reversing the dish haha.. really tight on budget aye
