l.s.d diff from other models

hi all.
have a jzx100 that is in need of an l.s.d, its for a tourer v mark 2 so I'm guessing its an 8inch diff. is there l.s.d diffs i can get out of other models, be it supra soarer or something? or know somewhere that i can get a core for my existing one? not keen on a locky.

also side note, has anyone tried fitting subframes from other cars? i.e. skyline/silvia? i like their suspension travel design for the rear more than the toyota.
