I know these are what nigel recomended so can someone explain to me how they actually work cause i cant get my head around them. sorry if i sound like an idiot but if they are as good as they sound then could make easy adjustable front suspension

you attach the sleeve to the original strut so you can wind the spring up and down :)

And use just normal lowering springs?

Are you for real? Honestly don't waste your time.
Save the cash buy some ae86 bc reds/golds. They will be 100000 times better than that junk.

bolt in, run some heavier springs in the rear done!

See good to know, that's what I didn't know, like if they were any gud, yea for now I'm probably guna get some adjustable rear shocks from an ae86 and I've got springs, and then just slam it in the front and get some mr2 shocks and it should be pretty low and stiff. Hey I'm pretty sure I've got your old engine in my 71? I bought it off mike and it's from a jzx81 so it would make sence.
