Unfortunately the diff codes tell you less about the diff than the car they came from.
The first letter is supposed to denote the crown wheel size (7.5" or 8") but it doesn't work out this way. The two digits do correctly reflect the ratio of the crown wheel/pinion. The final letter should (and does) denote whether open or LSD.
So effectively ignore the first letter but use the digits and the final letter to assess whether it is the ratio you want and whether it is open or LSD. To find out if it is 7.5" or 8" then look at the car it came from. Any Z30 (JZZ30/UZZ30) should have the 8", any A80 (JZA80) should have the 8", an Altezza will have the 7.5", and with the JZX series (90/100/110) then the Tourer S, Tourer V and JZX91 (2JZ-GE) models will have the larger 8" and all other models (LX90, GX90, JZX90 1JZ-GE non Tourer) will have the smaller 7.5".
Also note that the smaller 7.5" differentials have smaller driveshafts and different bolt configuration on the stub axles, so are not interchangeable without basically changing the whole rear end (although mounting points are the same).
