JZX NZ

Hey,

My 1JZ is running high boost and i dont know why, it doesnt have a boost tap or anything but it does have a mines ecu. Anyway its running about 20psi - 25psi on the standard twin turbo setup which doesnt seem right.

Any ideas were to locate the problem if there is a problem or is this normal for 1JZ to run which surely it cant be.

How reliable is your boost gauge?

1JZ boost control is all mechanical, so if it really is running that much boost it'll be either:
Split/cracked or missing wastegate line
Broken wastegate actuator
Seized wastegate
