R154 gearbox

Hi all new to site. Planing on doing manual conversion on my jzx100. Would it be better to buy the gearbox an rest of the other parts 2ND hand .

Ideally you would find a complete kit unless you want to spend the big dollars and buy everything brand new (including the gearbox at approx $3k).

Yea well dats the plan an cheaper too . So gearbox an brand new an rest 2nd hand .
