New Adventure, x90 few conversion questions.

Hey all, I have myself a nice diesel Mark II now and wanting some info about doing 1jz-gte conversion. I have done a half assed search but always seem to find conflicting results.
I have a motor and gearbox ready.
Do I need to change the engine crossmember?
Can I use the auto diesel gearbox crossmember on a r154?
What clutch pedal can I use?
What handbrake assembly can I use? (was thinking of just going hydro?)
Any smaller things I need to collect/whatch out for? Throttle cable? Fuel Lines?
Thats all I can think of right now

The search button is your friend. Most of the stuff required for a manual conversion is either for sale or one of the members probably has it stashed somewhere. Also every conversion is different. You'll know the nitty gritty of it when you get to it. There's more than on way to skin a cat when it comes to fitting item. Once again search. As per your questions
yes (or make brackets)
No.
x90/100 for sale on here
x90/100 good luck
windom scepter v6 wire/change speedo/ change diff and axles. Exhaust. And so on and so forth

Also add in complete vehicle fuel system upgrade.
It really would make sence to try locate a jzx90 and swap into that.
A bit of extra time and money before you start will make this a lot easier

Thanks heaps for the reply man. I search a lot found some info but not everything, I'm the the kind of person to ask 1000 questions. I have been down the hard road too many times heh.
Why does the diff and axles need to be changed? Because of strength?

I'll buy the 1jz-gte off of you if you're in no hurry to do the swap. Will come right now. Provided you're in the greater auckland area.

Why don't you just import a damaged x90 tourer V manual and swap all the parts over? I'm sure it won't be too expensive, plus you can sell off all the parts you don't need

Very logical but wheres the fun in that? its just not a proper conversion till you have to reposition the motor at least thrice..haha
