Cheers lolyf but I'm in Rotorua, I took it to a mate with a diagnostic tool but no jzx110 in his menu, tried the jzx100 and it brought up something but nothing to help. Ill try shorting the pins on the OBDII plug in cabin

Google the pinouts of ther DLC connector before you do, so you know what pins to short. (You do this at your own risk).

OBDII codes are read as follows. Each trouble code consists of four groups of one or more flashes.
1. The first group of flashes indicate the 'thousands' of the trouble code.
2. The second group of flashes indicate the 'hundreds' of the trouble code.
3. The third group of flashes indicate the 'tens' of the trouble code.
4. The fourth group of flashes indicate the 'units' of the trouble code.
Ten flashes in a group indicate '0'. A short pause separates each trouble code group. A long pause separates each trouble code

Switch ignition OFF.
