So I was cleaning my car the other day and noticed a few shiny scratches on my front grill. On closer inspection I found that the grill is actually chrome with some crap over the top. Heres the grill I have

So I grabbed some paint stripper and Autosol and got to work on it, hopefully be nice and shiny soon :)

Is that because of the sulphur in Rotorua ???

I thought it might have been but it seems its painted from factory, if you look on the left side of my grill where the Chrome lines are you can see what the sulphur does, takes about 2 weeks to start oxidising after cleaning, I may try spraying a clear coat on it to see if it stops or helps it

So I got all that black s**t off and it came up pretty good, these are from today

Looks so good. Grill looks much better now. BTW, when is your lip going on?

Cheers bro, I just haven't taken her back to the PB's to get it fitted. At this stage it looks like in the new year, Im hoping it doesn't look out of place without the rest of the body kit.
