Hellow, I'm Shanon (the dude version of the name)

Stuck up here in the North, Whangarei, and somehow ended up liking it here.

Car is a JZX110 Mark II IR-V

Just a few simple mods, car came with a few of these,
17x8 Weds Wheels (SA-70's i think)
3" Full Blitz Nur Spec Stainless Exhaust
Blitz SSQV
Cusco Front Strut Brace
GReddy FMIC
BC Gold Adjustables, 3 sets of springs depending on what rates im feeling..
HKS EVC5

Immedate plans-
To track down some 15-20mm spacers for the rear.. the wheels disappeared when i gave it some low.
...and get some darker tints.

Probably a few others ive missed and more to come..
It's still automagic and will probably stay that way.. as I prefer life :)

No plans for any other cars at the time being.. want to build a pocket sized Suzuki Jimny or Samurai and try get 33' Muddies on it.

Glad thats out of the way!

Will get some better photos sometime, the fronts 20mm lower now too.

so you're the one who snapped this one up from GVI. I've had a look at that one and I gotta say it's in great nick. good catch! lotsa aftermarket extras...

what did you do with the Espelir springs that it came with?? might pay to sell it to an Altezza owner as it's spring rates are comparable to coilovers for Altezzas..

I'm guessing you also bought the Altezza BC Coilover set which fits directly to an x110. If so, if you find that the spring rates are a bit too soft for a 110, I have a set of stiff springs for coilovers (14kgf/mm front, 12kgf/mm rear) which is hard for Altezzas but would be perfect for a x110 application.

Thanks for the positive replies!

Cheers alex, ill look into it mate.

Yeah Murdoko, real happy with it so far!
Correct on both counts!
Going to sell them as you say, and the crappy brand new Rotalla's it came on too.. took me all of 3 hours of owning it to pull them off.
I have the Altezza BC's with 4 sets of spare springs-Ranging from 18kg-10kg/mm.
Still trying to find that perfect setup though!

Cheers Logan, you from up here too mate? - What do you drive?

Wil definately be keen to cruise down to a meet or two sometime soon!

Yeah im from up here, not too many of us around that dont have nissans...
Live in Dargaville work for in Whangarei @ Fieldpower (John Deere agent)

97 JZX100 Tourer V manual
Green like most of them haha
now on wolf S1P's

Ive got BC Golds in mine running 12kg front and 8kg rear springs.
Rear is nice and stiff front i find a little soft for my liking. would prefer to go up a spring rate to 14 or 16kg fronts.
But have swaybars on there way from japan so ill throw those in first before i change springs rates.
Where did you get you additional springs from? at what cost?

Ah yeah, ive seen your car parked behind there on Rewarewa Rd.
What sizes are the S1p's mate?
Was a nice tidy car from what I remember.

Thats a hike for a daily commute! Can only imagine having to drive the cut up SH14 everyday!

I sourced mine through work direct from the supplier, and they stuffed up my order twice, so they let me keep the other springs. So i'm unsure as to what the cost would be for the other rates sorry. Can't be too expensive if they let me keep all of them.

I think some of my mates with nissans have got different rated springs for BC's from Redline and Hyper before? Probably get them from anyone that sells BC's.

Yeah thats the one.
18x9 +20 225/40
18x10+35 245/40

Its not as tidy as id like it to be, too many possums and cats on our roads. currently minus 1 front lip and two fog lights...

Not so bad with work ute and fuel card, makes it a lot easier. just have to remember to pay attention when i drive my car over and take different lines haha.

Nice 110 mate! Loads of goodies also which is always a bonus. Im running 16kfront 14k rear in mine and it handles real good. Let me know if you want spacers, ive got a pair of 20mm ones here which are like 6 months old if ya pass by auckland much
