Welcome Sarah,

Nice ride, good stance.

Only been here a few months myself, nice bunch, pretty relaxed and happy to share info.

Thank you!! :D

I've come across some posts on how to black your headlight's out, when I find the guts to pull my headlight's apart, I'm going to give it a go :)

Does anyone know if you pass wofs if you black the inside of your lights out?

To be honest, these cars are so rare that the WOF people won't even realise if its been done the proper way.

Haha your so right! Not many people can tell me what my car is. But I would be guttered if I failed a WOF for it. Already priced up new headlights, and they aren't the cheapest things.

I'd advise against painting the headlights... looks kinda whack I reckon.. but hey! each to their own..

But if you really want, try contact this guy

Hey Sarah, welcome to the forums. For the headlight painting, if you want to go down that path have a look at this thread I made for the JZXWorld forums.

No worries, the biggest thing to make sure when doing it is go slowly. The factory sealant around the headlight on some lights may have got onto the plastic shroud inside and that's when things break. I've done 5 sets so far and 2 had sealant on the shroud and broke. Can be fixed easy enough but its still a pain.
