driveshaft will have to be custom, you can use the front shaft from the chaser but you will have to have custom work either done to the chaser shaft to mate it to the skyline diff or you may be able to use the skyline shaft and custom work it.

Look on the skyline forums around the place (particularly the aus ones). You should strike it lucky and find a guy who specialises in it. Over here they love the conversions just as much as NZ but the resources in places like Sydney and Melbourne are amazing

actually on top of that try these guys. They're in the states but they know their stuff and do fantastic work. Can be a little pricey but for the perfection they provide its worth it

Where are you in the country?

I've just put a VVTi 1JZ into my S14.

Throttle cable i used was a 2E, It's a little long (2-3mm), but it works, you just have to adjust it correctly. I needed a C33 swaybar (I think they're same as R32?) Fuel lines are also a pain too.

You have to go custom drive shaft, There's no way you can do a Toyota to Nissan coupling. Mine cost me about $400 all up balanced as well. I recommend doing two piece as well.

My build came in over 3k more than what I had budgeted (And I thought i budgeted 2k more than what I was going to spend)

$400 sounds like a bit much?! Just putting a toyota yoke onto a nissan shaft shouldnt cost much. Not as much compared to the rest of the conversion anyway

They're different size tubes.. The Nissan one was a lot bigger in diameter

im i hamilton and a 2e cable from what kinda vehicle wouldnt the body chane the length? Yea I read up on fuel lines. Few people rekon just run hoses around and heat shield them but surely with the tool to flare the tips for hoses it cant be hard to trim and bend where needed??

for the fuel lines if it becomes too much of a hassle maybe look at running braided lines. That way you can tidy the whole lot right up and give it a nice look aswell

U mean braided straight from the fuel tank?? If thats the case I might go after market tanknin the boot.it would make my bro happy as id have to strip my boot out. Not to go on and on or anything but I havnt seent such a flawless boot lining still intact and un disturbed before. Not even a stain. But my mate has a 32 and has been bugging me for it haha
