So yesterday I pulled the front shift W55 by myself and replaced it with Kurt's old one. The one I put in is in overall better condition and the speedo worm gear isn't sliding about like the my old one is.

Also I threw in the factory shift boot and an X71 shift knob. I have 2 X81 shift knobs now in mint condition but I think i'll keep them away from my grease ridden hands for now hahahah.

Such a nice car to drive being 1G-G and manual. Cert is next now, hopefully all is well with it the second time round.

So it seems some cool parts and interior bits arrived for me.
Original Lace Half seat covers, they even have the original instruction paper from Toyota with them lol, major score. I also bought an old Pioneer "Flying Party" series JX-1 Personal CB radio for the car.

man thats really low, will be more trouble than its worth, mines certed at 305 front and 295 rear with 17's on it and ive raised the back about 10mm since the cert cause it was just too low, the axels were rubbing on the rear subframe under extreme conditions and the exhaust is flattened off where it goes under the subframe. urs looks like its nearly on the ground, whats been done to it ?

Yanack rear camber arms, Kei Office full body adjustable coilovers 12k / 10k with Keeper springs.

The roads I drive on are kind enough to the car to let me drive it at this height without bottoming out / scraping. If I left Auckland in it, I'd eat shit. Its 60 mm from the sills and like 35/ 40 ish from the rails. Also the 195/45s on 15s help it be this low.

Bought a front lip and tidied it up / painted it.
Turned out well I think, also some interior add-ons like a Chinchilla Dash matt and uncut MARK II ignition key.
