Heyyyy. I cbf'd looking for my old build thread, that and it sucked.
So here is another, this one containing much better progress.
Well here it is, nothing special but a 88.10 GX81 MARK II Sedan.
If you care, then here is it concisely.
10/1988 TOYOTA MARK II (E-GX81-AEPQF)
GD JPN SED 1G-GE TWC ATM 4FC
Being highspec, it was optioned in 8E3 Blue Metallic with the matching Blue velour DAYUM.
Since then I have done quite a bit i reckon.
>Full TWIN 2.25 inch straight pipes from the mani, no cross over, it has 2 separate exhausts, like a V engine may have, for that excess amazing Twincam sound.
>Chrome fenda mirror conversion. From a B310, they are replica Items, but suit alright until I either import Vitaloni Californian's OR GZG50 Century Mirrors, I am not sure yet.
>Vintage Woodgrain steering handle. Nuff said.
>Slit Spoiler~ gives it a sweet look I reckon, fits well.
>Kei Office 32 way Coilovers, (12Kg/10Kg) with camber plates and redone rear rubber bushes. Welded accordingly to the NZ cert rules.
>Parcel shelf revolving light. A National BF-921, pretty cool showa party police.
>SSR MK I wide wheel. F 15x7.5J +5 R 15x8.0J +12 I got these for 590 NZD of tardme, How i have no Idea especially in 5 hole.
>Falken Ziex 912. F 195/55R15 R 205/55R15 Only got these because Cert and allowable stretch.
>35% VLT tint, 3M carbon tint.
Parts that I have acquired.
> 8x 4A Silvertop 20V ITBs. 6 of them will be utilized in the future for crazy 6 throttle.
> 1G-GE cams, apparently high lift hektic cams.
> Rusty 1G headers, ultimately I want TRUST Manitako but for now, these will do.
> Side shafts to accomodate a TRD 1.5 way.

Status report
It's going lower. Need keeper springs as I have MAXED out the Kei offices. F***.
I recently ordered Xcessive Manufacturing Rear Pillowball bushes because Cert man wants Hub Arm bushes replaced~~~~
http://www.xcessivemanufacturing.com/ON ... =4&pid=265
Next I ordered a Rear crank seal. Genuine parts is the only way.
Progress. W55 SOON, and the seal and yeah. Then alignment/ guard rape/pull to shit. THEN Cert.
Then TRD 1.5 way.....

its a good feel. Will never compare to the power of a turbo JZ, but it likes to rev, makes a good noise and is infinitely more fun than its autotragic counterparts.
