I'm going to get a IR-V for my daily hopefully and yours is amazing.
You mention it slides very smooth, any upgrades to the sway bar or the rear subframe?

Have just installed rear strutbrace and rear swaybar, really needs stiffer springs allround, currently has 14k front and 9k rear, will probably put front springs to the back and get 16k ones for the front,
Have manual conversion, new wheels and couple of other little bits and pieces coming over form Japan.
Will give the auto a blast at garage slipway day next month and see how it gets on with only 2 pedals

16k front springs, now we're talking!
I have the same problem with mine, rates are 12kgF 8kgR, very poorly. Have upgraded swaybars and braced subframe but still doesn't feel like it should, so perhaps I will swap the 12kg to the rear and 16kg the front for some good times!
Good luck with everything and keep us posted!

I saw you parked at the top of the hill by the lights in the city tonight (Sorry, I don't yet know names of areas lol).
