Why you joined JZX NZ:Long time JZX enthusiast & builder. Thought Id better get my ass back on a computer & support this great website dedicated to the awesome JZX family. Well done to those behind the scenes, what a great site!

I guess Id better attach a couple pics or Ill get flamed? Unfortunately Ive lost about
half of my pics of personally owned & built JZX's, a few of you will know of them & probably own them now Id say. (I.e my old UZX90 turbo 1UZ Mark II I built & raced back in the day (Sam now owns) & a JZS147 with 161 front conversion 2JZGTE thingy I created?)Will try find some pics.

Welcome to JZX! good to have you here m8. you look familiar :D...yea the site's been running for about 4 months now and its going great so far.

we're having a meet this tuesday night if wanna come and chat with some of the JZX members :)

Ah jeez! Why do people always manage to crash up most of my old builds!? I heard it got reshelled into a Chaser tho? Still keeping the dream going:)

yeh it was crashed into by a drunk driver whilst parked out on the street. was reshelled into an avante chaser as in this thread ;) viewtopic.php?f=28&t=75

a few yrs ago at one of the old Japanese car meets i had my jzx100 parked up and i yarned to in regards to vvti 1jzgte swaps and you gave me alot of pointers and tips

Thanks guys, Ive been lucky enough to meet a ton of awesome people in the Toyota circles. Flawles & Lofreq- good to catch up again! Alex, sorry that 100 is long gone, those front lips have always eluded me too.
Ryan- Unfortunately I built that thing ages ago & lost the original CD from magazine shoot. All Ive got is an average scan if that helps.
Was a great ride, 161 parts were non-existent back then & I remember the lights costs me heaps. Noone even knew what a Aristo was actually. I fabbed everything from sheetmetal somehow, bugger doing that again :shock: Used to use it for promo girl transfer liason at D1 events, school balls, etc.
