The moonboots Special

Post by moonboots »

Hiya, posting up my car
Its a 94 gx90 Mark2, bone stock, stolen recovered.

First thing i did was gut it,lock the diff and have a thrash in the paddock.
having gotten sick of sliding out of the factory lazyboy, i got a Cobra Evolution seat from Dodson, some low rails and a detach hub for the steering wheel.

Then fitted up my Tilton Hydo handbrake, i had sitting around from a old car.

Then came more thrashing before getting offered a set of Koya( i think) Cybers in 17x10 et5, chucked em on and loved the monster truck look!

But... it just looked... well... gay, quick trip back to Dodsons got me these...

HSD HR's.. spent the weekend putting em in.. resulting in..

Going to this...

However in my coilover noobness.. i set em a lil too low...

Had a play with my new slide deck transporter..

next on the list is finding a cheapish front cut and swaping ina 1j.
thanks for looking.. oh and i'll leave you with something sweet..

how did the red line caster arms work out?
curb |kərb| kerb
noun
1 a stone or concrete edging to a street or path.
2 a check or restraint on something
3 a concrete construction used to help rotate your car
4 a tempting shortcut

Not intended for road use, track car. Caster arms worked out all good, nice big rose joint, big beefy/heavy arms.
not sure how im gunna get around the cruises... might have to chuck the D plate on lol
also, i am looking at a 100 front cut if somebody knows where to get one? and a alloy welder/machinest for my bellhousing?
