WTD: Factory VVTi blow off valve

Post by PSIBRG »

Anyone got one of the crappy factory valves sitting around that they want to get rid of?

I'm gonna do the bov mod (http://www.jzx100.com/forum/topic/6550- ... z3Z1rMRYGn) but wouldn't mind having a spare kicking around in case I fudge it up

Cheers

Just unplug the vacuum thing bro, the blue plug..

It sounds awesome for about 2km and then you get sick of it.

I've done that already. I suspect my valve isn't closing properly at all because I get no 'fully sick flutters' even with it unplugged and the car seems to be pissing out boost. Hence why I want another valve to mod, and will keep mine as a 'just in case' backup.

Pretty sure I've got at least one still floating around in the garage somewhere man.

Flick me a txt sometime to remind me and I'll chuck it in a courier bag for ya.
