But I'm not going to pay $6k for a GX90 with just a bodykit and/or coilovers... And I'm a riceboy, so I'd have to do a full Tourer V interior conversion again, which won't be easy...

Yeah no kidding. There's a 1jzgte+w58 x90 Chaser on trademe for $7. Not the tidiest thing in the world, but it'd be a good base.

Would be so much cheaper if we were just into Nissans instead

Idea being to chuck the 2j into the JZX and part out the rest, or flick the shell. Arranged with the dude on Wednesday to come check it out on Saturday, but just got a txt from him saying it's sold.
