JZX110 Mark II TRD tail light inserts
These are discontinued and it seems very rare. Problem is I broke one side (f&*k it! ).




Eyelids. Ok, so when browsing for a Torsen on yahoo I found these late one night and thought, f*ck yeah! Ewan sent them over to me and I got them professionally painted up with my replacement tail light inserts. Had them on the car for a week but by then I had decided they just aint for me. Cost me over $100 to get them here plus at least that for paint.



Tempted to hold on to both of these (if for nothing else but sentimental reasons) but we hare moving house in a month so time to start clearing the extras.

$30 for tail lights
$50 for eyelids
$60 both
(plus postage)

New diff is almost here so if anyone is looking for a open diff (turbo) let me know. (Can anyone confirm if these are 3.7?)

how badly broken?

As pictured its in 4 bits but glued back up. Not too noticeable in the pic. And its only the right side thats broken. Will try get a better shot if your interested

Really depends what kind of condition they end up in when removed, would be nice to cover the part of the replacement costs - maybe around $80-100? I can update all interested parties in a couple of weeks when the new bits arrive and I hopefully don't make it worse

How much for te greedy sld speed remover? Do u it suits jzx110 mark 2 auto?

Not sure if it will suit the 110. Its an older model and the wiring diagrams are for the JZZ30, JZX90, JZA70 etc. I would hope that it would work on the later single turbo 1JZ's as well but don't know for sure.

Maybe someone out there with a bit more knowledge than me might be able to clarify?

4 wire SLDs are usually for manual cars, the auto ecus have extra speed inputs.
Look for an Apexi RSM or an HKS Type 2, it should have about 8-12 wires from memory.

I have tried the D1 speed remover, it doesnt help to remove the speed limit. Probably should stick with the hks type2.

Update:

SLD is now $50

Got my factory bits painted and on the car. So TRD Inserts have been dropped off at some plastic repairer guru to see what he can do about fixing the break. Price will be adjusted depending on cost of the repair. for anyone still interested in these I will post up pics on the weekend if I get them back by then.
