FS: 18x8+40 Black and Red Lip BRAND NEW

I bought these brand new and were told they are 18x9. Guy lied. Since these are too silly to put on my car, I figured someone else would want them.
These are BRAND SPANKING NEW. 2 of the boxes are still sealed, 2 of them were opened to check if they were shipped okay.
I paid $1099 for them, 2 months ago. I'll take a hit and sell them for $850.
