Non vvti that's right, and yes comes with a base tune to get car running

so it works with the stock 1jzgte ignitor ? i thought only the g4 did, also is it pc tunable or is that only v5 onwards ?

yup, and yes one of the 1st PC tunable links.
It has a new loom, so once wired in the car is drivable to your tuner to get the dyno tune
