Snapped wheel stud (JZZ30 Soarer)

Post by Death The Kid »

A wheel stud has mysteriously snapped off my 91 twin-turbo Soarer. What are the sizes of these for when I'm looking for a replacement? I've seen different sized ones when looking around online and I can't seem to find this info online. :?

Thanks in advance.

I'd go to Toyota, check the sponsors section for contact details.

I would also be wondering if the rest of them have been stressed like that one - possibilities are over tightening, using threadlocker/antiseize (lowers the resistance when tightening) or one of the wheels meeting a gutter at some point.
