Now i have the Sinco Customs Turbo elbow as a few of you would know by now.
Put it on my car last weekend when i got it and wow what a difference its made to the booost coming on alot more quicker and stronger throughout the rev range so very impressed with it.
Thanks once again to Sinco Customs for this as i recommend for anyone wanting to do it to you own cars!
Now i must say about the install it wasnt the easiest to put on but managed it on car ramps in my garage
The trick is to still have the engine quite warm still if your taking any exhaust bolts off i found without snapping bolts!!
The only bolt i had trouble with was bottom bolt closest to the block on the elbow as the steering shaft is in the way a tad. (used a cutdown 14mm Ringspanner to do this)
Also i just unbolted from the bottom of the downpipe where it bolts to the exhaust and left the three bolt studs on the bottom of the elbow as i couldnt get them off anyhow and just pulled the whole lot through untill
i got it out and did the rest on the floor. Also you can reuse the studs for the oxy sensor by using the old ones as i did just locked them up using the old two nut method to get them out. Also i reused the old gaskets too but you will need some longer bolts to attach your new elbow to the front pipe as its quite alot more longer because of the copper oring style gasket they have stock between the two!!
Anyhow thats my story lol about the elbow so if youve got anymore questions about this feel free
Cheers Jason
