Yeah, some stuff might be cheaper from Elmhurst Toyota in the states... but then again for a couple of $35 hoses, I'd rather get then straight away instead of saving $15-20 and waiting for 3-4 weeks (especially if the car is your means of transport!) :p

question is, pay a little bit less fund an overseas shop
pay a little bit more, support the people who sponsor this forum.
easy choice for me.

roger that PSIBRG

lol I can get stuff from Japan or USA quicker then I can get something from Christchurch.

Its not a matter of supporting sponsers at all. Ask Nick how much I have brought off him over the last year for my chaser. Its a matter of $$$$ plain and simple. Im not made of it.

I'm all for supporting our sponsors, and NZ businesses in general. But sometimes, in my opinion, it's just not worth spending the $$$.

Case in point, I just bought a set of PTE 880cc injectors for my Mirage. Cost me $414 shipped and had them in my hands 3 days later. Best price I could find in NZ was through Mac at 41.co.nz, $676 +shipping for the exact same injectors.

Get what i'm sayin? ;) :)
