If you copy the image URL to http://iforce.co.nz, they can be easily resized for you without needing to re upload.

Will be interested to see what future mods you end up doing to the car 8-)

WTD: JZX100 chaser front guards

Hey,

Im after some stock JZX100 chaser guards that have not been modified or have any dents. Any colour is ok as they will be repainted. Happy to pay for shipping within north island only.

Cheers

Re: Whistling noise as turbos spool. Please help

A free flow exhaust can lead to overboosting thus blowing the factory ceramic wheeled turbos. One remedy is to put a restrictor ring in the down pipe. The other more expensive options would be to either rebuild the twins with steel exhaust wheels or upgrade to a single turbo.

Re: Whistling noise as turbos spool. Please help

First thing to check is your intercooler silicone joiners. If all seems ok, then check for excess play in the turbos by taking off the intake piping. There should be a tiny bit of play but nothing excessive.

Re: JZX100 Chaser manual rear subframe removal

Its very dead unfortunately. Everyone has moved to FB I guess. There should be no reason a certifier wont pass solid bushes but you should probably go and consult the one you will use because they seem to be a law unto themselves as some guys will pass stuff that others wont etc - bit like wofs. I c...

Re: JZX100 Chaser manual rear subframe removal

There should be no need to remove the whole subframe just to do diff bushes, Just undo the driveshaft and the diff can be lowered down on a jack. You could always install some subframe locking collars if you plan on drifting it in future - as you have probably already found out they slide really wel...

Re: Is FMIC same for JZX90, 100 and 110?

You possibly need to remove the bumper bar as is the case on a JZX100 when fitting the Greddy LS kit.. However if you ever take the car for a cert make sure you have the bumper bar on the car otherwise you will likely fail. To get it to fit on my 100 I had to make some spacer plates to enable the ba...

Re: jzx81 chassis-what r154?

Unfortunately yes. I refuse to use FB or any similar site. http://forum.jzx.co.nz/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=854 This topic might help you a bit, however since JZX81 never came with MT from factory, im fairly sure you are looking for a non remote shift R154 from a JZA70 supra. You also need to mod the tra...

Type 1 looks like a full bumper and side skirts + rear lip

Type 2 is just a full replacement lip/side skirt kit
