Re: FS / EOI: JZX100 Mark II parts (manual)

Also I never intended on importing something that could be registered in NZ. It is possible but very hard to be sure that you aren't getting something that has been repaired or rusty (a lot of the time they just say 'not understood' which would be a waste of time and money trying to register here. I...

Re: FS / EOI: JZX100 Mark II parts (manual)

How much is it to import the car in total? Was thinking of doing this myself if the wife will let me haha. Think most are waiting to see what price you want for the parts ;) Hey mate, I see what you are getting at with prices. But not even a 'yep, depending on price' looks like zero interest on thi...

Re: Average price for a LVV Cert

They can charge what ever they want but it should be around $450-500 to cert everything. As an example the most recent cert I went through last Dec (in Wellington) was for a Nissan Safari: - raised suspension - adjustable panhard rods - lowered radius arm mounts - 33" tyres - Wheels - wide flares - ...

Re: FS / EOI: JZX100 Mark II parts (manual)

Kind of surprised no one would be interested in the hard to get manual conversion parts?

I think I will still get it but sell through Trademe for a bigger market.

FS / EOI: JZX100 Mark II parts (manual)

I am thinking about bringing in a JZX100 for the engine and gearbox, for a conversion into something else. NOTE: this was NA JZX100 converted to 1JZGTE and manual. I am working out if it is worth buying to part out (all the fees, GST, shipping etc) If I do I will have for sale (details to be confirm...

Hey mate,

What are your plans for the blue x100? If you part it out I'd be keen on some trim, switches and possible passenger mirror.

Hey, cheers for that but I'm after more of a BBS mesh style. Looks like you've sold them anyway?

Re: JZX100 Chaser Tourer V

Small world! I had a feeling this might be the case, I saw a comment somewhere that your's came from Invercargill and had been sitting for a few years after being imported before laws changed. Which is the same case with mine, it sat for a few years before being registered. Will be going for a 3" d...

Re: JZX100 Chaser Tourer V

Welcome and nice car! This JZX100 was the one which came into NZ with my 100 a few years back. Very tidy! Small world! I had a feeling this might be the case, I saw a comment somewhere that your's came from Invercargill and had been sitting for a few years after being imported before laws changed. ...

JZX100 Chaser Tourer V

Where you're from: Wgtn What you do: IT Car you own: JZX100 Chaser, AE92 Trueno GTZ Turbo, BJ73 Landcruiser Mods and future plans: Only had the Chaser for a week but so I've found an Apexi panel filter, aftermarket rear silencer which is too droney, and suspect aftermarket springs because it handles...
