Re: JZX90 radiator fitment

Bought a Mishimoto JZX100 radiator through NZKW, fits perrrfect, and almost twice as thick as the Redline one. Actually the same dimensions length/height wise as the stock JZX91 radiator.

Re: My JZX100 Tourer V

I've seen those Gilmors for sale but never actually seen anyone running them on a 1jz/RB etc. Need a vid when it's running!

Re: JZX90 radiator fitment

Yup they do have side tanks. The one I got looked exactly like those shape wise, this is it here: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/performance/radiators-cooling-systems/auction-608649547.htm I've just done some digging and it seems I'm not the first to run into issues with botto...

JZX90 radiator fitment

I've put a 1jzgte in my jzx91 (originally 2jzge) and need a radiator from a turbo model. Thought I'd just hit Redline Performance and grab an alloy one. Went to fit it and it didn't fit. Bottom mounts were way off (the pins at the bottom of the radiator were much closer together than the holes that ...

Re: Rah - JZX91

Jason Sellers has broken a few as well. I dunno, I kinda get the feeling the tensioner doesn't like the solid mounts and h/d clutch. Either that or some harmonic balance issue... only things I can think of...

Re: Rah - JZX91

Haha, outside my mates workshop. Had a few sketchy moments with that tractor in the background, and the parking lot is usually full of trucks and shit, not really the ideal place for it when you can hit up a Meremere/Hampton skidpad day cheap as these days

Re: Jesses JZX90 Mark II

I usually run a locked diff, but running a torsen at the moment. It does seem to tramp less with the locker, but not everyone wants to run one of them on the street...

Re: Rah - JZX91

Last little n/a skid before we pulled the motor. Broke yet another tensioner pulley (bought it brand new not long ago), you can see it escape from the car at the end of the video   So glad my 1JZ has been modded to manual tension via the alternator. Just one thing I no longer have to worry...
