Re: Wanted: 2jzge Engine and W154 Gearbox
I was looking to spend 500-700 on engine. I think I remember your car on a skid pad day a while back and your day was cut short because of the tensioner breaking. I was told w55/58s aren't to strong compared to a w154 and will break. Hah, yeah that was me. I probably won't go cheaper than $800 tbh,...

Re: Wanted: 2jzge Engine and W154 Gearbox
No such thing as a w154 mate, you either want an r154 or a w55/58. R154s ain't cheap. I'll have a 2jzge for sale soon with loom and ecu out of my jzx91, just recently done new accessory belt and tensioner, new spark plugs and rocker cover gaskets, runs good, still in the car now if you wanna see for...

Looks awesome with the eyelids, sorta follows the grille line.

Re: WTB: JZX90 manual conversion
They had a remote shift r154 a few months back. That'd fit nicely, dunno how long it would last though if you plan on putting some power through it

Re: WTB: JZX90 manual conversion
I got my JZX90 conversion kit through Jap Spares. They get them in all the time. Cost me 3500 which included everything, r154 box, clutch/brake pedals, clutch master cylinder and line, flywheel, clutch, slave cylinder, cross member, driveshaft, shifter, all bolts, even gave me a manual tunnel sectio...

Re: What did you do to your x chassis today
Yup you can. To what extent at that height, i'm not sure. The lower you go, the more it will naturally camber in. With my coilovers at their lowest height the rear ended up somewhere around -4deg, managed to get it back to -2.7 I think, with the stock arms, so there's definitely a bit of adjustment ...

Do we really have enough members using this forum to justify it? We usually get like 1-2 posts a day here if we're lucky
