I paid around $700~ for my LVV cert - including exhaust. Got it done through Clint Field (0274522049) It takes a few hours for him to go through everything and it needs performed at a workshop with a hoist. When the plate is made (usually 2-3 weeks) he will organise a time to see the car and install...
