haha, ive just done all this to my jzx110, and once your figure it out the rear parcel shelf aint that bad... you need to remove the rear seat, so pop the mounts on the seat base and lift out then remove the 4 10mm headed bolts from the bottom of the rear seat upper ( one each side and 2 in the midd...

Yeh dude, Diff is out of my JZX110 IR-V, and the rest is from a jzx100 Mark 2 Tourer V so has all the big shafts etc, 6 bolt Large 10mm Allen Key Axles, Large Diff Head, 8 inch 10 bolt crown wheel etc.
