Tell me, do you have a cert for your front mount? And/or have you had any issues with it legal wise?

So I went for a wof yesterday (Drivesure Papakura). Made everything on the car was mint. Four new tires, new ball joints etc. Gets failed on a fog light out and, get this....... no cert for front mount intercooler. WTF man!! Back into storage mode it goes...

I was wanting to do a transmission flush and on this dipstick it says T-III.
I asked Couties Toyota if they have this but I was told that they have never heard of it but I could have T-IV instead. Really wanna use the proper stuff

Can anyone shed some light on if I can still get T-III?
